At CAO, we are committed to maintaining the accuracy, confidentiality and security of your personal information. There are instances where applicable law or regulatory requirements allow or require us to refuse to provide some or all of the personal information that we hold about you. CAO will retain your personal information only for so long as it is necessary for the purpose for which the information was collected. Some specific time frames are set out in our other policies, where we indicate the type of information is collected from you; however, we may, in accordance with applicable law, revise the retention schedule as is reasonable and appropriate in the circumstances.
