In the online upload you will be uploading 4 things;
- GOVERNMENT ID
- OCAT EXAM PREP CONTRACT
- DEPOSIT FORM AND SPRING/FALL START CONTRACT
- Proof of highest education (a transcript, diploma or certificate)
See parameters below for what is required for each section. ALL SECTIONS must be complete or your application will not be submitted. A verbal offer of acceptance does not guarantee you a spot in the program. Only proper submission of enrolment forms secures your spot, so submit your paperwork carefully.
- Only include CLEAR, SIZE APPROPRIATE and PRINTABLE Attachments. Review your PDF before uploading to confirm it meets requirements.
- Carefully review your documents to ensure you have COMPLETED ALL SECTIONS. Check that you have chosen all options and initiated and/or signed all areas of each document
- All Proof of Education documents MUST INCLUDE Your name and the issuing Institution’s Name to be accepted. Check your documents before you upload.
- Incomplete or incorrect uploads will not be accepted or held. If you have any questions, contact your admissions rep for assistance.
